FINDING THE "RIGHT FIT"

Surveys show many Americans are truly dissatisfied with their current jobs. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports 67% of American workers don't like their jobs and 41% of them are not employed in the fields for which they studied in school.

A study of 360,000 people, published in the Harvard Business Review, found the most important factor in predicting job success is, "how well a person fits the job." The study concluded that "Job Fit" is the most important factor in determining whether a person becomes successful in a particular job.

Before you make a decision about your future career, consider this:
   - People often get stuck in unhappy job situations due to lack of career direction.
   - Many students waste years and money due to inappropriate career choices.

Before you waste any more of your time and money, ask yourself:
   - Have you considered your strengths and personal attributes?
   - Is the career you've chosen right for you?
   - Will your career bring you the success and satisfaction you desire?

If any of these statements and questions apply to you, consider this:
   - It's never too late to find the career that's right for you.
   - Discover the career that's right for you.
   - You don't have to be stuck in a Dead End Job!
